Renovation
Update Presentation to Parish Renovation at St. Paul's
St. Pauls Church abounds with blessings. Over four years ago, the Vestry
of St. Pauls set out to implement a strategic plan. That plan included,
among other items, the renovation of Wilmer Hall, Damascus House, and Norton Hall.
Through the creativity, dedication, hard work and vision of many parish leaders,
and through the amazing generosity of many church members, we are now poised to
begin this important and long awaited renovation. This renovation
is not solely about modernizing facilities that have suffered many decades of
deferred maintenance, this renovation is about revitalizing our buildings
so that they might better support the mission and ministry of this vibrant and
growing congregation. It is an exciting time in the history of St. Paul's as we
move toward our 200th Anniversary in 2009. We have been blessed with
a rich heritage of faith, we have been entrusted with Gods work in the present,
and we are boldly preparing the way for those yet to come. Indeed we are blessed.
What follows are brief updates from leaders of the various components of the renovation,
each leader represents many more who are faithfully laboring on our behalf to
make this vision a reality. May we always use our blessings to shine as
a light in the world to the glory of God. Faithfully, Oran Under
