If your scheduled reading date needs to be changed, it is the responsibility of the Lector to find a replacement reader. Please e-mail any changes or date swaps to news@stpaulsepis.com with a cc to judith@stpaulsepis.com and caulley.deringer@transwestern.net. Please make every effort to provide schedule changes at least a week in advance so the correct reader names can be printed in the bulletin.

Notes for Lectors:

	Please sit near the front when you are the scheduled reader. If you choose to sit further back, please use the side aisle to be in position to go to the lectern and use the side aisle to return to your seat.
	All readings will be sent by e-mail to readers each week. St. Paul's will no longer send hard copies in the mail, except for individuals without e-mail. On the Sunday that you read, it is recommended to confirm your reading prior to the service with the reading printed in the bulletin to avoid any potential discrepancies.
	You read in the order in which your names appear. The first reading is the Old Testament. The second reading is the Epistle. A (G) behind your name indicates that you will read the Gospel. This occurs only on Morning Prayer Sundays, which is the third Sunday of each month.
	Verses in brackets are not read.
	At the end of reading the Old Testament lesson and the Epistle, pause (counting to 3), then say: "The Word of the Lord."
